1. Services

We provide tax, accounting, corporate registration and compliance services in Pakistan. The scope, fee and timeline for each engagement are confirmed in writing, usually by WhatsApp or email, before work begins.

2. Your responsibilities

  • Provide complete, accurate and timely information and documents.
  • Review drafts we send before filing and tell us of any error.
  • Keep your IRIS, SECP and other credentials secure and inform us of changes.
  • Pay government fees and our professional fees as agreed.

3. Fees and payment

Professional fees are fixed per engagement unless otherwise agreed. Government fees, stamp duty and third-party charges are additional and payable at actual cost. Monthly retainers are billed in advance and may be cancelled with 30 days' notice.

4. Deadlines and outcomes

We file on time when information is received by the dates we specify. We cannot guarantee the outcome of any application, assessment, audit or notice, as decisions rest with the relevant authority. Indicative timelines on this site depend on authority processing times.

5. Confidentiality

We keep your information confidential and disclose it only to the authority with which it is filed, to our staff and partners who need it to perform the service, or where required by law. See our Privacy Policy.

6. Website content

Articles, guides, calculators and price lists on this site are general information, not professional advice for your specific situation, and may become outdated as laws change. Confirm with us before acting on them.

7. Liability

Our liability for any engagement is limited to the professional fee paid for that engagement. We are not liable for penalties arising from late, incomplete or inaccurate information supplied by you, or from decisions of any authority.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad.
